Please fill in details below to help us put you at the correct playing level. It will also help with team placement. This form is designed as a guide only. We ask you to keep in mind that there are many factors that come into play, i.e. total pool of players within the one age group of different skill levels to make up teams of 7-8 players, there has to be a mixture of tall/medium/small and many other considerations.
