This code of conduct has been developed by Basketball Victoria to give participants some guide to the expectations it has on those participants.
It is intended to assist everyone to obtain the maximum benefit and enjoyment from their involvement in basketball.

All incidents and events will be brought to the attention of the relevant authority. It means that the club committee will take whatever action it deems necessary to remove incidents from the game who breach the Codes of Conduct.

The following actions will be taken by the referees:

• Referees are instructed to deal with offenders promptly and severely, who will be reported to junior clubs, junior committee and possible reports to Basketball Victoria.
• Codes of Conduct are to be adhered to at all times and will be enforced
• Ejection of spectators and parents, coaches and players from the stadium in the event of their conduct being inappropriate
